The equipment and machines have been carefully chosen to complement your personal training programme - which is uniquely personalised to you. To say the programme is thorough is an underestimation! They look at everything - your posture, weight, what you eat, your health, lifestyle, balance etc. and really motivate you to make good, positive changes. Customer service and support is brilliant and everyone is very patient, helping you out at your own level. Oh! And there's free parking too! Highly recommend!
