(November 20, 2018, 2:34 pm)The animals are happy and well cared for. The barn animals are nice for children and the play areas. There are activities for wet and dry weather. Animal feed can be bought and some animals will eat from your hand.

(November 19, 2018, 1:57 pm)Visited last time for a children's birthday party. The party was well organised with the children being given the chance to hold snakes, spiders and lizards.
Otherwise Barleylands is a good place to visit. Lots of interesting craft shops and a restaurant. To go into the animal area is expensive, but there is more to do here than there used to be (such as the new aviary). Parking is free and plentiful. Good place to come with young kids.
(November 12, 2018, 6:04 am)Absolutely love this place. So family friendly but unfortunately we went on the hottest day and there wasn't mush shade outside for my new born. Outdoor stuff was very hot so couldn't go on. Safe were helpful and friendly. Would go back again for sure. Would love for so discount for entrance tho.
(October 8, 2018, 1:48 am)Excellent experience. Lots of animals to interact with. The reptile demonstration was very informative and handling the animals is great for the kids.
Wonderful soft play area and plenty to do if the weather is not great.
Go visit you won't be disappointed.
