(October 4, 2018, 5:58 am)The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful- from reception, to the nurse who did my bloods quickly and almost painlessly (thank you, I barely felt it and it is usually awful for me!), to the wonderful staff in the cafeteria who gave a delicious breakfast after a fasting blood test. Thank you- you are all doing a brilliant job and those little things (a smile, a kind word, excellent service, etc) make the world of difference to your patients.
(June 28, 2018, 5:15 am)Lost a big mac here last week whilst waiting for a blood test. Reported it lost or stolen and left a contact number. I got it back within the hour, thanks to reception and two elderly dog walkers who just happend to be passing. It wasnt just any burger, that particular one has been in the family for years.
