Response from EJMoves Ltd: There was a mix up in staffing and communication on the day and prior. This doesn't happen all the time, due to the adverse weather we couldn't get another man out to you. We pulled 2 men of a passing job so a total of 4 men helping with the move instead of the quoted 3 men.
