(June 16, 2018, 4:06 am)I purchased 3 top of the range kitchen appliances - all in matching grey/silver - for my new house, an elegant tall fridge/freezer, a stylish washing machine and a top of the range induction halogen hob electric cooker. All 3 items came at a combined cost of £900 but was given a very generous £100 discount for the multi purchase. I cannot fault the customer services in the shop nor the quality of their goods and deserved a full 5 stars but were let down by their delivery service - a service which you have to pay for at £25 per item. All 3 appliances were delivered together but the fridge freezer was very badly damaged with deep scratches/gouges down the front door about 6 inches long. Despite many many calls over the past 2 weeks and numerous promises of a replacement I am still waiting. I can totally revommend the shop but WARN AGAINST USING THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE.
Updated 16/06/18 - at last have received a brand new replacement fridge/freezer almost identical to the one I received damaged. It's a different brand name but of a higher quality with a price tag £50 more than the one they replaced with the extra cost NOT passed on to me. As I previously stated I cannot fault the quality of the goods or the customer service.
