(November 1, 2018, 5:53 am)The minute you walk through the door your welcomed warmly. I loved the Halloween decorations displayed around showroom. Staff are all very friendly and very professional. Danny the dealer dealing with my purchase is very friendly and is very knowledgeable makes you feel at home and takes time to listen, met another member of staff called Bazz, very friendly too, because he met me before and he was the first point of contact when I first contact the dealership, he made sure to take a minute to come over to say hello and congratulate me on my new Mercedes-Benz which will arrive next year March 2019, I thought that was very sweet of Bazz to do that. Everyone who I came across in the Lakeside branch were very nice, made me feel very important.
(September 22, 2018, 2:34 am)Daniel was great. He took the time to explain all the features and extras that I could have. He kept me informed throughout. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I have always found this branch to be the best even though I could easily go to a nearer branch.
