Efficient reception when booking car in, possible to drop keys and get off to work in a timely manner. Much better than my local dealer. Work done under warranty and original problem has been improved, though not 100% hence 4 stars.
Good customer service, pretty much what you would expect from a BMW dealership.
Update - after another visit for a recall and front pads, have upgraded to 4 stars. Very quick service this time with everything done within the timeframe stated. Even threw in a free breakfast while I waited due to the recall. Not saying they should do that but was a nice gesture. Keep up the good work.

I can honestly say the services team go above and beyond to help their customers! They are never at the forefront but work always behind the scenes. You make a call pay a visit and they will do their best to help you. They also make you laugh ! It’s a shame we don’t get to work with them directly they honestly do look after you.

Fantastic Service from Sytner BMW Chigwell Today. Very professional and helpful throughout my service. Everything was completed on scheduled. They now send a short video clip of the car being assessed of its condition whilst being serviced. Which is always nice to see. I highly recommend Tony and Darren at the service desk!
