  I contacted Emma regarding issues I had with a relationship that affected my self esteem and confidence. I went along for a consultation, and found Emma really easy to talk to. I wasn't judged in anyway, just listened to. Once I got started I found myself just pouring my heart out. Emma asked me questions to which I gave frank and 100% honest replies (no point in hiding or holding anything back from your therapist if you want her help). My sessions lasted up to two months or so, and I can honestly say it was the best thing I have ever done. Every week I looked forward to our next meet and every time I came away from one of the sessions I felt relieved, at ease, relaxed, more confident and felt my self esteem coming back but stronger. Emma also provided me with "therapy recordings" that I could listen to at home, which I loved.
  I have now finished my sessions but more importantly ended that relationship, looking at new career and feel more positive about the future. I can honestly say that this is down to Emma and her service, because without her I really don't know what I would have done. So THANK YOU Emma I will always be eternally grateful for what you have helped me achieved.

  When making the first enquiry, I found Emma sounded really friendly and knowledgeable and this influenced me to make the jump and book with her.
  When I arrived for the first appointment, I found her welcoming and as friendly as she sounded on the phone. She and the surrounds put me totally at ease with the process, as I did not know what to expect and was extremely nervous.
  I was taken into a calm and cosy room which gave me a feeling of being in a calmer world, totally shut off from the chaos of what was going on in my life at the moment.
  I found the process of hypnosis, not what I imagined. I was aware of everything that was being said, but felt very relaxed and a sensation of floating.
  It felt so nice that I didn’t want the session to end, as I felt relaxed and stress free.
  I had felt very tired and exhausted emotionally and physically for a very long time, but on waking from the hypnosis, I felt rejuvenated and raring to go and emotionally stronger.
  This got better and better with each treatment and I now make decisions and cope with stressful situations in a much better way.
  I would not hesitate to recommend Emma’s services, as they have been greatly beneficial to me and my life. I am now contemplating sorting out other issues with my weight and booking a further package, as I have seen how quickly the results can impact my life for the better!
