Friendly atmosphere, great place.
Primarily a class based format, specialising in functional fitness - Olympic lifting, gymnastic strength and various formats for metabolic conditioning. The coaching and programming is first class, couple that with the friendly group format, it never get's boring and there are constantly new goals to work to. Suitable for all abilities, you'll be tested appropriately whether you are a novice or seasoned athlete.
A fantastic place to learn new things and get in the best shape of your life! I'm loving it!
CM2 is like my second home, the members and coaches are friendly and approachable and always there to help and encourage you. They welcome all new faces and immediately make you feel at home and not at like the 'newby'. The coaches really care about your training goals, they build on the basics so you're not rushing into movements too advanced for your level. There's a cross section of athletes at CM2 so no matter your ability you never feel left out and your personal achievements will be a big deal to everyone! If you want to work hard and have fun, CM2 is the place to go!
I've been a member here for about 6 months now, and out of all the gyms I have tried in the past, I can honestly say this one I have felt most at home in.
The coaches at Crossfit CM2 are knowledgeable, friendly and patient, spending time with each person to ensure technique and form is correct. They also are always happy to offer scaled variations of workouts for those who are struggling, or more challenging options for the more advanced. Most of all though, they offer a lot of support and encouragement that often wills me to push myself further than I ever would do so personally.
One of the best things about CM2 is just how friendly it is. There are no egos, nobody laughing at or judging you, and nobody asking you when you will be finished with a piece of equipment! Over the past 6 months, everybody I have met here has been friendly and a pleasure to workout with. There is always a familiar face to greet you, and have a chat with before or after class, and new members are always made to feel welcome.
Because of all this, it really does feel like you are part of a community rather than just a member of a gym.
