She is so knowledgeable about her job and the human body, if she doesn't know something it isn't worth knowing! Friendly and reliable and easy to build a rapport with. Highly recommended. I have referred several of my personal training clients to her and she has worked wonders on them too! I'm so glad I chose her.

(October 17, 2018, 3:09 pm)I’m training to be a professional dancer, so I’m training sometimes 13hours a day doing really intense dance! Susan knows the body extremely well! She has really helped me with all the problems I had before going to see her and still helps keep my muscles and body in good shape for my training! She has also improved the way I train because I find I’m not so tight after a week of training! Thank you!!
