I have always had wonderful treatment from the Doctors and nurses, been a patient for 11 years and have never had a problem getting an emergency appointment, even through the phones are busy in the morning if you persevere they will get answered. The Receptionists let's the surgery down as they are unhelpful and unfriendly and could all do with some customer service training as they are the first contact for the surgery. I use the online service for non urgent appointment and repeat prescriptions and like this service.
