I came here whilst waiting to collect family from Gatwick Airport. Plenty of parking and the breakfast is as expected at McDonald's - they're all pretty much the same as it's all standardised. 10 minute drive to Gatwick North terminal. What I especially thought good was the lady who worked there cleaning the tables was extremely friendly and welcomed me. She seemed to know the other customers and when I was clearing my tray, she came over to help me. I appreciated this. It was nice to see someone who cares about customer service.
A great sized McDonald's, plenty of seating to suit all needs. The small indoor play area is a bonus for younger children whilst the6 wait for their food.
The service was quite slow today but it is to be expected on a weekend whilst it is busy. A great establishment and perfect for a quick bite to eat.
Quick service polite staff lovely lady cleaning and keeping it tidy and talking to our grandson
Recently refurbished so much brighter and airier, good seats for younger customers with ipad type games modules. Small counter service so preference is to use the automated order screens. Easy access by car and ample parking.
