  This is a great club that can help with self-confidence and fitness. It has solid foundations in the old traditional karate basics and progression through a syllabus & belt system but there is so much more: Real self defence, real applications. But all delivered in a safe and fun way.
  I would encourage anyone to try it once. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

  Fantastic club, friendly welcoming atmosphere. High level of instruction with the focus on practical application. Great place to train for all levels of experience.

  Great club, amazing people, brand new hall. you can join, whether you're a beginner or quite advanced in karate. there's no membership needed and no monthly fee- you can pay as you go so why not give it a try?!

  As well as being an excellent work-out, the Cempa style of martial arts is a very practical style - I would highly recommend to anyone interested in an effective self defence martial art. It is also great fun!

  A great work out and excellent instruction from Sensei David Cole. Would recommend this class to people of all levels of fitness. If you have never done a form of martial arts or if your returning its a great place to start.
