I've found the staff very helpful and polite. Not had any issues with my purchases and their prices have always been reasonable. Although they sell some of the more expensive products thay also sell products to suit most budgets.

I bought a Syrian hamster from this store towards the end of May, and I love him to bits. Staff were very helpful and made sure I knew how to handle/care for him before putting him in the box to take home. Also recommended we got a bigger wheel for his cage, which was good because he didn’t fit the small one. Gave me some of his old bedding and chew toys to take so he would settle in better. Overall a fantastic service!
