“Has 2 sessions with Tom and got a 3rd booked. I’ve been suffering with lower back pain, tight hips, quads, hams and calves. Already feeling much looser and with way less pain. First time having acupuncture and it’s a weird feeling on a tight muscle, but it clearly works. Tom explains everything and uses his iPad to show muscles and areas that need to be worked, as well as what I found a real Wow moment being given a personalised stretched program via iYoga app. Highly recommend Tom for all your aches and pains.”

“I had an appointment this afternoon and I'm a very very nervous patient at that and today I was chucked in at the deep end but that was the best way with my anxiety but the lady who done it was so so lovely and I couldn't fault her and she made me feel so much better and at ease and the other lady that was sitting watching that was there was funny too and they are both so friendly.
