I really enjoy my workouts with Dora. She is so knowledgable and good at what she is doing. I feel that I am in good hands and I trust her completely as she is making sure I do my exercises correctly so I don’t end up with injuries. She makes me go to my limits and it is paying off as the results are now showing and that makes me happy and motivated to carry on. Although it’s hard work we do have moments were we just have to laugh. I recommend Dora to anybody that is interested in becoming healthy and fit

I have never dared to imagine such a result for such a short time. Now looking back to all the hard work I did up to enjoying my six pack now... I can frankly say that working hard isn't always enough, when you don't know where to push a wee bit more , if you don't know when your body needs to rest and recover... The precious help from a professional makes the difference. Working hard isn't always enough......
