“Perfect little place to have a cup of tea or coffee and a cake or sandwich. The staff are friendly and make doorstep sandwiches or your favourite sandwich/roll on request. I came here with two friends for a quick catch up. Prices aren't bad either. Only downside is there is not much seating inside so you can't natter for too long but you can sit outside. Bread and rolls are baked on site and baked fresh daily, can't resist not going in the smell is too inviting!”

“Lauren created a fabulous wedding cake for my wedding in October. The tiered cakes themselves were delicious and were decorated beautifully with hand made autumnal leaves, nuts and fruits. In addition Lauren supplied cupcakes and macarons so that our gluten and dairy free guests did not miss out! The whole table looked amazing and I couldn’t recommend Honey Bee Bakes more to take you through the process of designing and creating your perfect wedding cake that you and your guests will love!”

“Lovely fresh bread and ingredients for the food. Taste really nice definitely worth a stop for breakfast or lunch. Staff are warm and welcoming, very helpful. Service can be the only down fall as they do get busy at times and it can be slow but it is what you would expect from a sandwich shop I guess. They have a lot to choose from on the menu which can be a little overwhelming if you don't like a lot of choice.”

“QUALITY AND EXCELLENCE LIVES UP TO ITS NAME. We ordered rolled turkey breast, stuffing and pigs in blankets for our lunch club Christmas dinner. Mark advised on how much we needed and our order was ready for pick-up at the time we requested. Our guests loved the moist turkey and flavour of the shop made sausages and stuffing. The dinner coincided with a visit from the Environmental Health Practitioner. We were able to assure her the meat came from a 5 rated butcher and, thanks to the information Mark had provided, show her the ingredients of the sausages and stuffing in case we had any guests with food allergies. The results: 1) Happy guests. 2)Volunteers eager to visit the shop, having seen the quality of the meat 3) A lunch club with a Food Hygiene Rating of 5. Thanks, Mark.”
