(February 16, 2018, 11:42 am)Beautifully refurbished. Partly in fact bite very modern view, flowerbeds, lovely designers benches and sittings. All promenade still a great place for a walk along the river with Hampton Court home park on another side. Very relaxing, sun exposed. Lots of places to have a drink and food. Connecting Kingston with Surbiton .
