Ace Service Cafe @ Chandos Tennis Club

Been there twice once after a 3-4 day pub crawl with friends on a Sunday morning in chilly December. I was hoping for a larger classic bike scene but it was vintage military vehicles that populated most of the parking. Great breakfast and engaged many locals after they heard us speak and it was apparent that we were New Yorkers. Several years later visited with my wife and daughters who weren’t happy getting up early on a Sunday and making the long train ride to the North Circular, but they too enjoyed the place. If your a Motorcyclist and have any interest in the classic bike scene you’ll see some interesting bikes from the heyday of the British bike industry; enjoy a communal style breakfast and get a sense of what these out of the way truck stops were like back in the day.
