Liz began her career as a mental health nurse in 1986 and trained as a counsellor in 1999. Liz completed training in CBT at Kings College in 2006-2008. She runs a busy private practice and uses an integrative approach. She also manages Counselling Matters Bexley, which provides free and low-cost counselling provided by trainee counsellors.
