A very good care home. The 1-star reviews must refer to somewhere else.
Some of these reviews are totally unrecognizable from my experience when visiting Beth Ezra. My experiences are of a kind, compassionate, caring and efficient staff who readily display a warm sense of humour. The home is extremely clean and homely, with a staff who are always at hand to deal with everyone's needs. These are all attributes of sound and strong leadership; a leadership which always displays the same caring attitude that is the hallmark of the home.
There is apparently a waiting list forBath Ezra based on its reputation as a nurturing and caring home. I've no idea why there are bad ratings for the manager as my Grandparents consider her to be an amazing person and have expressed an interest in living out the final years of their lives there. As has been suggested, read the report from The Commissioner!
