  The best range of classes in London, all under one roof! Great trainers, great vibes and even better post- workout smoothies! Can’t believe I didn’t discover it earlier!

  Love this place. Great classes and great instructors that really make you sweat. Punch is my favourite class - bit of boxing bit of HIIT. You don’t have to be a pro - works for newbies and any fitness level. Give it a go!

  I was bored of my training routine when I apprehensively turned up to try my first camp at BOXR. I was quite nervous & didn’t quite know what to expect but as soon as I walked through the door the team were so lovely and welcoming they put me at ease.
  
  The camps are great, tough workouts but thoroughly enjoyable. In the matter of weeks I saw changes in my body shape. To top it off they make great shakes too.
  
  Definitely recommend.

  Only found out about this place a couple of months ago - wish I had known much earlier! Definitely one of my favourite bootcamp places - A very mixed group and so don't fear to go try it out! You'll be hooked!
