(April 3, 2018, 3:35 pm)Islington library within a lovely historic building, on Bridgeman Road near the junction with Caledonian Road. The library itself is very small but the staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful if not actually quiet. Check out the other goings-on in the building too.

This eye-catching and attractive building overlooks Thornhill Square and warrants a detour if adrift thereabouts.
(November 29, 2016, 12:56 am)Very nice staff that creates a warm atmosphere and a sense of community. Very efficient service: if at all possible they will get you a book or a film over from other libraries in no time and let you know as soon as it arrives. Highly recommended.
