The shop is situated in the heart of Purley, and to get there you have about a million and one buses as well as Purley train station 5 minutes away (including traffic lights!)
We had a very nice time, even when we walked in we were asked if we had booked and ???????? I hadn't!
The staff are two lovely ladies that must have felt pity for us newbies, because they sorted a table by the window which it was perfect.
Soooo many items to choose from, it was difficult to decide. But I have already found my next piece, a set of three pieces.
The prices are not very expensive, but it isn't a place to go every other week either, even if they would love you to. While we were there, a couple printed their babies hand prints on two cups, great idea. Not sure if the baby would agree with me but...
They serve drinks too, but we didn't have enough time to stop and drink, at least not today. I will update on my next visit.

(April 9, 2018, 1:45 am)I really enjoyed it here with my 2 year old son. The lady behind the counter explained pretty clearly how it worked, and we got painting pretty quickly.
They have a good range of pottery to paint which seem to range from about £6 to about £20 ish. The painting fee for each person is £5.
Pottery is fired on site and available again in a week. So pretty quickly turned around and ready again.
We will be back!
