(September 3, 2018, 5:37 am)Lisa is a brilliant teacher of hypnobirthing! She's got loads of experience and her background studies of MANY different types of birthing techniques means she's a fountain of knowledge!
Lisa's classes are relaxed and engaging and give the power of birth back to the parents so instead of feeling like I'm totally out of my depth I now feel like a big part of my baby's birth!
I highly recommend Lisa to both new parents and parents looking for a more intuitive and common sense way to birthing, she's ace. -

(August 27, 2018, 6:08 am)I'd had many months of driving lessons before I plucked up the courage to book a test. My driving instructor said I deserved to pass but I just fell to pieces when I got behind the wheel of the car. In desperation I sought out Lisa's help and she taught me a calming breathing technique and how to do self-hypnosis. By visualising myself taking the lessons and successfully navigating the test during hypnosis I was able to turn up for the test feeling calm and confident - and passed first time! I am so grateful that I went to see Lisa as without her help I know I would have had to take multiple tests.

(August 23, 2018, 11:25 am)I went to see hypnotherapist Lisa Jackson a while ago. She is professional and thorough in her approach, but warm and friendly too. I found her extremely easy to confide in and incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend her – and have done so several times since.
