Kolamba Sri Lankan Restaurant Soho

It was my first time trying Sri Lankan food and honestly I wasn’t disappointed at all! I’ve heard good things about this restaurant and the overall experience definitely lived up to my expectations. The food was very well seasoned and spicy, the staff was also really friendly. I went there with a friend who has food allergies and she had a wide selection of food she could choose from so it’s definitely a plus!

🍴 All the food we ordered was excellent. Spices were mixed and cooked perfectly so the end result was incredibly good. Super tasty! Also the typical Sri Lankan custard dessert was crazy good.

📍 It's nicely located on a busy and lively street with other bars and restaurant but once you're inside this relatively small restaurant, it's like you're somewhere else: the atmosphere is cozy and warm and it's nice that you can see the open kitchen like that.

Loved their house chai & their twist on eggs. Reasonable prices & good service. Indoor & outdoor seating. Suitable for wheelchair access, but toilets are downstairs.

Loved it!! The food was incredible, so tasty. The prawns were perfection. Loved the setting and the team were lovely, one of the waiters in particular was so helpful telling us about the menu and was just a lovely happy chap. Can’t wait to come back
