Communication throughout the order was excellent, the pens arrived on time and I was very pleased with the quality. The pens were not as expensive as I had thought, and were really good value for money.

We are always greeted with a friendly smile and positive, friendly attitude. They will go out of their way to find an item if the exact one required is not in their brochure. They do not hesitate to assist us with anything we need advice on, and anything which we are not sure about can be trialled for a limited time before purchasing.
