Most people think I'm crazy for getting up before 7 am for an intense workout, whatever the weather. I think they're crazy for missing out! I love starting the day outside with a great bunch of people. The fact that I'm doing exercise with professional trainers and getting fitter than ever before and losing weight is a bonus!

It's been 2 years since I dragged my good friend Carla along to join me on a sunny July evening (remember those?) for a taster of an Urban Vitality bootcamp. Appx 300 sessions later, I can honestly say it's been a phenomenal journey of self discovery, fitness & friendship. I've been lucky enough to meet some truly inspiring & courageous people whilst gaining strength, energy & the confidence to push myself & do things I never thought possible (becoming a 'morning person' with 6:30AM sessions, boxing, 10k running, Adrenaline Rush obstacle challenge).
Bootcampers and Coaches, I thank you.
