“Everything here is bespoke, and made individually for the customer, they are not held as ''stock'. The quality of the castings are superb- as leadwork isn't cheap, I did research several lead items and found cheaper versions,but the quality and range of the Crowther ones made us decide to buy from here. When the items were delivered, and examined closely, the work was superb, a smooth surface, no 'roughness' beautiful 'invisible' smooth soldering and hand chiselled details on things like paws, claws noses and eyes. [We had animal statues] Over ten years later, the statues look lovely, they don't get ''dirty'' like cast concrete 'stone' does, or rust like cast iron,and they go a pleasing soft grey colour with the passing of time. They are a quality English made item.”

“My grandchildren attend this school and really enjoy it. Despite it's recent problems, they have continued to flourish and seem to really like most of the teachers (particularly the more experienced teachers). They have benefited from being in a multi-cultural environment and have made many friends from a range of backgrounds, which is very healthy. The school seems to do well in a lot of extra curricular activities that we don't necessarily hear about. They have experienced a few problems along the way, but these problems seem to be dealt with in a satisfactory way. We are looking forward to seeing how they do in their exams. I wish the school luck in it's endeavour to find a new head - it has the potential to be a very special school indeed.”

“Wonderful Montessori nursery for children 2-5 years old with an outstanding OFSTED rating. It is based in the large community centre with two outside areas for the children to explore the outdoor world. The teachers have been with the school for many years and there is a lovely community feeling amongst the children and parents. They also offer forest school experience. It's open mornings every daily from 8.30- 12 and has extended days on a Tuesday and Thursday. A lovely school”
