(July 3, 2014, 3:13 pm)This is a great club. It's friendly but has discipline. Sensei Adamou learned from the great Japanese instructors when they first came over in the early 1960s. All the senior instructors at the club are really good and follow in the same tradition. It's not messing about but it's fun and non-contact. Health and safety is paramount. Everyone is very respectful and everyone learns traditional karate. Which works!
