  I regularly buy smoked streaky bacon (the best in town) and sausages. The quality and the service are outstanding! The guys behind the counter are always kind, knowledgeable and professional. Love the place!

  I wish you guys had some decent size packer cut briskets - the 6.1kg dry aged brisket once prepared for smoker, reduced to 3.2 kg in weight(still with 1/4 inch fat left what is required for flavor). This is not good. Smallest brisket I ever had. Plus dry aging briskets come out tougher then not dry aged. There is only 2 places in London that do packer cut brisket mail orders but Tom Hixson had 0 stock from UK grown product (Imports OK but decided to choose local stuff) .

  Ordered ribs, pork belly, sausages and Galician rib-eye online for pick-up. Asked for belly to be de-skinned which they did. All the meat was prepared and ready for pick-up on the scheduled day/time.
  
  The sausages, ribs & pork belly were all smoked and were really good.
  
  But the star was the old dairy cow rib-eye which was grilled caveman-style and was one of the best steaks we have ever eaten.
  
  Highly recommend this place for the beef. Will definitely buy again.

  I have ordered twice online. Both times thing have turned up when said nicely cold. I have bought meat from in store to and meet was perfectly cool to and the staff have been incredibly friend and informative. The quality is always incredible! I am strong believer of paying for what you and when entrust Turner and George with your purchase they deliver time and time again! I cant wait to cook my latest order and it making my mouth water just thinking about!

  Update April 2018. Service has improved significantly the last few times I've been here. Still great meat. And the St John Welsh rarebit is unbelievably good to treat yourself at home with
  
  Updated August 2018. They don't do the Welsh rarebit any more. This is a disaster, that stuff was amazing. It's St John's fault though as they've stopped making it, this butcher is still great.
