I have been going to see Sandra for some time now, well over a year and i must say she has been very helpful in my journey. I feel that she has aided me through some rough times and the sessions have been very much tailored to suit. The environment made me feel very comfortable and she has been very accommodating.

I am a man of understanding, so the psychodynamic nature of the sessions really gives a greater understanding of why we do things, all being linked to our youth. Thus, being able to apply those to my current life and make better decisions based on what i have learned.

Overall I would highly recommend her and will continue to use her until which time I am ready to move on and use the things i have learned in our sessions.

I've found my experience of counseling with Sandra to be a very positive one. It was lovely to be able to talk to Sandra as she made me feel comfortable enough to share my issues easily with her. I've been able to work through things with her gradually, at my own pace and having her perspective has been very beneficial for me. I feel she has really helped me to grow as a person and to start moving in the right direction thanks to her compassion and understanding. I'm very grateful to Sandra for the help she has given me. I would recommend Sandra to anyone needing counseling.
