(January 31, 2016, 4:22 pm)I was a member of the gym for years and got bored of the same old classes which repeated themselves. I joined Bootcamp a few years back and I love it. No two sessions are the same, it's challenging and I ache after the class which is a good sign ! Matt is well aware of people's fitness levels and will cater the class so you get the work out you need.
(January 31, 2016, 7:00 am)Boot camp is the best total body workout - I've been going for 2 years now and no 2 sessions have ever been the same. I'm fitter and stronger than I ever was going to the gym! The people are lovely and its great fun!

(January 28, 2016, 4:29 am)A great way to get fit and make new friends! Really sociable and welcoming group led by Matt who pushes everyone hard, no matter how fit or experienced you are. No monthly gym fees, fresh air and always good fun - what's not to love?! Try it the once. It's surprisingly addictive!
(January 27, 2016, 9:22 am)I've been coming to the boot camp with Matt for 4 years. He is the best fitness guru, I have ever had. The level of fitness you can achieve and weight loss is staggering. Every day is a new fitness tactic, outside on fresh air in all weathers. The people who attend the classes are all nice and helpful- extremely encouraging. If you are looking to get fit and try different approach I would recommend this boot camp. It's the best one out there, I have tried a few. Any age is welcome too, the boot camp really gives you a " feel good factor"!
