It’s reassuring to know that they invest in the latest equipment and in their own training in order to deliver an optimal service. Highly recommended.

I had a contact lens assessment plus a general, reading specs /eye health test. Detailed discussion about my vision, glasses, lenses, lifestyle and the purposes of my eyewear helped me make informed decisions. I would recommend this independent optician as superior to some of the high street multiples I have used in the past.

The eye test was really good and amazing. I have never seen a great service like this anywhere. I would highly recommend this optician to everyone. It is one best optician I have ever seen.
(June 29, 2018, 3:08 pm)I found the whole experience refreshing and laudable. After receiving a thorough eye exam I felt informed and confident that the opticians know their stuff!
After the exam I was helped to choose suitable frames, and the lens options were clearly (and transparently) explained. I was not pressured in the slightest to make any choices.
I was in a hurry to get my new glasses as I am badly affected by very bright sunlight. The staff pushed through the order for me and I received both pairs well within the 10 day lead time.
This is a modern business with 'old fashioned' customer service, I have been running my own business since 2000 and all my work comes by referral, as such a good reputation is the only way to stay in business, with this in mind I have no hesitation in referring Eye to Eye to you.
It is rare when every person involved in the business is as dedicated, professional, skilled and client focused as the owners and staff have proved themselves to be - keep up the excellent work!!
