Much cheaper than new and in really good condition - I understand that they reupholster and repaint the chairs etc. Also they were really good about sending out new parts etc. - we broke an arm on one (our fault) and they sent us out a new one free of charge which was good. Recommended.

(March 15, 2016, 9:56 am)Got the Steelcase Leap V2 chair within 3 days of ordering, came in a professionally packaged box and was secured especially well considering delivery was free. The chair itself seems to be in brand new condition, I can't spot any issues or marks anywhere on the chair.
The only marks/scratches I found were on the base of the unit around the wheels which for the price this is listed is perfectly acceptable since the chair itself is great.
Overall very happy with my purchase and would 100% recommend buying from these guys as the quality is immaculate for used chairs.
