After a long period of my property being empty (my regular letting agent couldn’t find an appropriate tenant), l spoke with Frank at Del in West Finchley and immediately found him extremely courteous and helpful. I wish l had spoken to him earlier. Soon after l found a tenant completely by luck, and although there was no peronal gain for him, he helped through every step to arrange the tenancy agreement. In short, it would not have happened without Frank’s professional and friendly advice. I can’t recommend him enough and will certainly be going to him in the future when looking for another tenant.
