Professional instructors and friendly.
Their teaching methods are group oriented but if they notice a improper technique from a student, they base the few minutes correcting it, without the actual student knowing whom was performing it incorrectly and the whole class benefits from this.
It's excellent for cardiovascular fitness and self awareness.
