  This is a great little yoga and Pilates studio. Great teachers, good mix of classes, and excellent equipment. It's very professionally run, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

  Space East is just fantastic! They offer a variety of classes including yoga, pilates, baby massage classes and more! It's so great to have them in Forest Gate! Would definitely recommend to anyone in and around the area who is looking for quality exercise classes.

  Really enjoyed my second 'Beginner's Yoga' class this morning with our excellent, serene, experienced and humorous teacher, Anna Bywell. Anna is an excellent tutor, she explains clearly and the positions and stretches are therefore, easier to achieve - with a little of Anna's hands on assistance. I feel stretched, 'together' and at peace with time to focus on the here and now - some really important me time! As a sightly older pupil, I found the guidance and support much appreciated and pitched exactly right which is very beneficial and helped my confidence. The studio is simple, tasteful, quirky, atmospheric, comfortable and full of character. The sessions are very reasonably priced and I am really looking forward to learning more and feeling stronger. I can't recommend it highly enough! Thanks so much Anna!

  The Space East is a great little studio tucked away in a cluster of railway arches in the heart of Forest Gate. Rachel, Anna and the other instructors offer a wide variety of pilates and yoga classes catering to all ages and abilities. The classes are mixed and a great way of meeting people and are also extremely reasonably priced. Its a lovely studio with a warm and welcoming vibe and a really great addition to the community and area as a whole. I've been coming along to Rachel's classes for nearly two years now and don't know what I'd do without The Space East to help chill and stretch me out! Can't recommend it highly enough.

  Having moved to London 18 months ago, I tried a number of studios in town which were overpriced and generally unfriendly.
  The Space East has a completely different feel, it's such a friendly and dynamic studio. The instructors are encouraging and get the best out of every student and it’s great to have such a diverse range of high-quality classes available locally. I'd highly recommend signing up, it's well worth it!
