i love this place,trust them 100% to look after me and my car
Super helpful, they had a proper look at the car and verified that the problems I thought I had were not a problem at all, even topped up my brake fluid just because it was low. I've used this garage for M.O.Ts for the last 4 years and they're very well priced and honest. I've just got a new (second hand) car and it's troublesome and Mr. Metro have been there to help every step of the way. Highly recommend them as they're all so friendly and they explain everything .
Excellent Service. Came on the day to sort out an issue with the car, was told it would take a couple hours minimum before it would be sorted. Literally, received a call within the hour and told the job was done! Professional and friendly service!
I had my Mot and service done last year with Mr Metro and was extremely pleased with the service I received that I decided to go there again this year. The receptionist, Cathy, was delightful and helpful even at 8.45am on a Saturday. The mechanic who did the Mot on my car was very professional and efficient and I had a pass with no trouble at all. I will definitely be using these guys in the future.
They offered me great service every time. Been using them for many years. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. One they found they always explained clearly and showed me what the fault was. I have found the prices to be really good. I would highly recommended them.
