You wont find more dedicated than Kirsty she's an expert at interesting and stimulating martial arts training that brings results
My 3& 4 year old love it, it's a real confidence booster. The trainer is so good with kids of all ages as well as adult. Higher recommend this value for money club.
Fabulous classes run by Miss Dickson and her team. My little boy does the kids class and I recently joined the adults class too. Great for the mind and body alike!
