Nicola is a fantastic personal trainer. She really pushes you but not in an intimidating way, she talks you through what you need to do every step of the way, she also knows exactly which muscles you need to work. She makes exercise fun through her great sense of humour. I love her meta fit classes they really do work Your whole body. You won’t regret starting her classes.
After tonnes of deliberation I took Nikki up on doing personal training sessions. I was dreading it however I can truly say she is absolutely superb. She keeps you focused and is massively encouraging whilst being firm. The PT sessions are amazing value for money and 30 minutes makes it manageable physically and also to fit around your life. I would recommend her to everyone (and do already)
I started last Autumn and I love it. Nic is just amazing, full of energy and encouraging all the time to push ourselves to the best we can. My legs are getting stronger and my arms are more defined. I meet wonderful people! xxx
Brilliant classes, Nicola is a fantastic teacher with so much knowledge and really helps you reach your goals and improve. She provides a friendly, warm, non competitive, atmosphere enabling everyone to focus on their own level. It really is a class for everyone and you’re guaranteed to laugh!
Love metafit classes they are addictive! Different sessions every time so no chance of getting bored. Have noticed a huge difference in my fitness and stamina since starting last summer. Nickie is a great motivator and her group and at home sessions are excellent value.
