(May 12, 2018, 2:43 pm)My son goes here and it's great. I have tried a couple of times myself and as an adult i love it. Especially after a hard days work, its great to exercise and release all of those happy endorphins. The coaches and mentors are fantastic and very helpful as well an encouraging. Highly recommend.

Kids classes Mon to Fri 6pm to 7.30pm
Adult classes Mon to Fri 7.30pm to 9pm
You don't just walk into a boxing gym and spar it probably would take atleast a year for you to go anywhere near a boxing ring if you have never boxed before.
So some people do t know what they are talking about!!

It's a family unit and they train very very hard. The Gym has Beginner's, keep fitters and Athletes who box for England all training together under one roof.
And with the 8 Qualified England Boxing Coaches it is an amazing place with great coaching and skills all under one roof..
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
