Always made to feel comfortable from arrival to leaving. Each dentist greets their patient warmly. The receptionist’s are all friendly, polite and helpful. It has an overall feel like you are part of a family.
(July 26, 2018, 8:42 am)I was attedned to professionally by the dentist and his assistant. I was satisfied with the way the dentist explained my dental issues with me and how those issues would be remedied.
He gave me the chance to decide on the solutions he recommended. This was really good as I saw clearly which way to go. I am now fully ready to go to the next stage of my teatment.
(May 22, 2018, 1:06 am)I previously went to this dentist and I felt unwelcome, however during my last appointment in May 2018, I was pleasingly surprised , it was completely different. The reception lady was really polite and helpful. The dentist was so informative, she listen to my past experience with dentists and explain to me what my treatment will be so patiently. I am glad I came back to them as they really improved.
