Highly rate the BLT, top notch brioche bun and good bacon
Great burger and chips!
The best bacon butty in London, as they claim?
They get the bun right, it's toasty but pillowy soft. The thick, slightly crispy bacon is great, and the duck egg adds some extra substance and the yolk adds some richness. I would have taken a picture of the unbroken yolk first, but it burst before I could ????.
It was pretty great, but I'll have to do some more exploring to see if it's the best. I'd happily have this for lunch and dinner, nevermind breakfast. Recommended.
Top quality bacon in a beautiful brioche butty. This food truck serves up luxurious bacon sandwiches at good prices given the taste and quantity. Service is great and it makes for a good start to the day
Like their sign says, they make some "bad ass bacon butties". It was my first introduction to a London bacon sandwich, right after getting out of Liverpool Street station. The only bad thing about it was that I finished it in less than 60 seconds.
FYI: They are in a van, so the van moves around a little. Actually when I chanced upon this place, the van was at the north-east end of 'Broadgate Circle' close by. But somehow the locals knew where it was anyway, so if Google Maps misdirects you, you can probably ask some passerby.
