(November 21, 2018, 5:06 am)First class service from ordering to delivery. Kept in touch via messages throughout the whole process. Furniture strong and sturdy and very comfortable. Wide seating so suitable for larger people. Delivery was 2 man and all the chairs were built up and packaging taken away. No complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again.
(November 13, 2018, 6:00 am)The service I received from the furniture stop was second to none! The sales team were friendly, helpful and very professional. I have now bought 3 items, a 3 seat recliner sofa, a cuddle chair and swivel recliner. All 3 items are lovely, excellent quality, very comfy and a joy to sit on. The delivery drivers provided an excellent service also and are very friendly. From now on, when I need furniture I will go to furniture stop, just wish I knew about them sooner. I will definitely recommend this company! 5 * all round.
(November 5, 2018, 10:17 am)I totally recommend Furniture stop! I had a great experience with them and will use them again in the near future. The Sales representative helped me a great deal over the phone. He was able to beat the price of the same items that I found in a store. I still had to wait the same amount of time - but it saved me a great deal. When I got the sofa and two recliners, I didn't like how the recliners Velcro part came together (not the fault of Furniture stop) - I'm just really picky. They total stood behind their product and helped me with a different recliner that had a tight back, and I was able to keep the original recliners until the new ones arrived. No cost to me. Their customer service and communication was outstanding! I'll be buying another recliner from them in the near future!
(October 31, 2018, 10:07 am)Just a note to thank furniture stop. We received the suite of furniture on time as promised. The delivery person was friendly and efficient. When we noted the missing legs for the chair I rang the delivery person and he said they were not in the truck and would contact the office. I rang the office a few minutes later to advise and found that the delivery person had already logged the call. The legs were delivered promptly. Not only have we received a beautiful suite for a great price, I find the real test of a company is how they handle issues when they arise. I am delighted to have found the customer service excellent – friendly, professional and efficient with regular communication and promises kept. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I ordered over the phone and was not sure which sofa I wanted, the salesperson was extremely patient and helpful.
The delivery was next day and arrived when they said it would.
The sofa is brilliant easy to assemble and looks great.
Overall, great value for money, and great service. I have already recommended to friends and family and will definitely order from the furniture stop again.
