    I have really enjoyed my personal training sessions with Nathalie. I was super pleased with my results after having 12 sessions over a three month period. I had reduced in waist size and hip size, and also my fitness had improved so much! (from being able to do only 7 press ups on day 1 and then 27 press ups (done within a specific time!) on our last measurement date! She always sent me a text the day before to remind me of my session and she was always there before me. She has definitely motivated me to do more exercise and the great thing is, I enjoy exercise now!

    Nathalie is a great PT. She really takes the time to understand what's right for you and your body. She's very flexible too and treats you like a friend she actually cares about rather than just a client to make money from. I thoroughly recommend her!

    Nathalie has been my personal trainer for 2 and a half months now and I couldn't be happier. At the beginning, Nathalie spent time understanding what I wanted to get out of the sessions and what I liked and didn't like doing. Now she adapts each session based on how I'm getting on, what I need to work on and ensuring I'm always challenged but have fun at the same time. We always have a laugh which makes the sessions so much more enjoyable. I've noticed such a difference in my strength, flexibility and posture already and really enjoy going the sessions each week. We have personal training sessions at Oxygen Trampoline Park which adds to the experience. I 100% recommend Nathalie.

    It was obvious from my first session with Nathalie that she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about sport and fitness. She knows how to meet her client's goals - the exercises I did pushed me to my limits. She also has a lot of really interesting experience which makes her an inspiring and motivating trainer. If you're looking for a friendly, dedicated and highly knowledgeable PT, look no further.

    I have been training with Nathalie one on one for the last couple of months now and couldn't recommend her enough. She was able to create a clear and achievable workout plan for me to follow and is constantly looking to adapt it to align with my goals. Always enthusiastic, professional and passionate about what she does!

    Personal training on Clapham Common is also great; there is plenty of room for you to work out which means the training can be varied, you get to train outside of a stuffy gym and it's close to transport links, meaning you can easily fit in a session before/after work.
