(November 14, 2018, 11:27 am)Main dealers are expensive but the video heath check. Shows what needs to be done before they do it. Never feel like I'm being taken for a ride as your involved in the works. Nice sensible staff there. Good waiting area. I had 3 cups of chocolate and read a couple of pages of a paper, while the car was being sorted.

Daniella has been very instrumental in providing me with great service by turning a negative experience into a positive one.
I always like to give credit, where it is due and aiming to get my car repaired within the next few weeks.

Robert made the whole buying process so much easier then my last purchase from my local Audi showroom. would deal with again 5 stars to Robert and love the new car! Thanks

(October 1, 2018, 12:47 pm)Purchased my first ever brand new car from this dealer. Billy was the sales guy. Honest and friendly, didn’t feel at all pressurised and walked away with a beautiful car. We received a great deal on a beautiful blue 118d, with loads of extras and we are over the moon with the car and the service from Billy, Simon & the team.
The staff were all very friendly, BMW should be pleased as I’ll be back to buy another when the time comes.
