(August 4, 2018, 10:38 am)Stans gym is great. It reminds me of a Rocky Balboa gym which I love. Stan is the nicest guy always happy to help you and joins in on sessions which is great to see from a owner. The people that attend are so nice no posers just people trying to better theirselfs.
(June 1, 2018, 7:36 am)Small, local Gym for serious fitness seekers. Can pay by the session only if you wish too which is great if you have limited time to work out. Plenty of onsite parking.
(April 6, 2018, 7:37 pm)Stan's such a lovely guy - joyful & knows his training. Old school bodybuilder vibe of a gym so perfect for those who aren't shy of hitting the plates - amazing studio with boxing bags to finish out a session. Worth the money & so fairly priced too
