If you are looking for a local trainer, Anna from We Are Fit Attitude is the one! She knows her stuff. Anna is a good motivator and encourager in both your food intake and training sessions. She knows how to push you at the right time and provide suggestions to tweak your diet so you introduce small changes that will lead to big improvements.

Anna knows her stuff. She plans carefully and tailors sessions to the individual/s. With a friend, I have trained weekly with Anna for over a year and as we've become stronger and fitter, the sessions have increased in their intensity with new goals to achieve. It is a very important (+ much protected) hour of my week.

I have been training with Anna for over a year now and have enjoyed every minute of getting fit. Anna makes the sessions fun while at the same time pushing you to do your best. You also get the added bonus of advice on food and lifestyle changes that can make all the difference in achieving results. Her passion for fitness shines through and its difficult not to want to be a part of it :-). Look forward to our sessions every week!

Anna is a fantastic trainer who listens to what you want and tailors everything to your goals. Her sessions are challenging but so much fun. I never thought I would say it but I actually look forward to training!
