I need not have been so worried, all the staff at Emerald were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I received only the best and that I was completely satisfied with the settlement. The whole process was explained to me and they were there every step of the way. I could tell that they actually cared about my claim, that I was not just another number. I would recommend Emerald 100% and advise anyone who is unfortunate to be in an accident to give them a call!
